2025 JHS MARCHING BAND - PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENTHitting the silver screen this fall…
We are pleased to announce our 2025 production SHADOWS IN THE CITY With film noir as a vehicle our show is presented in acts with danger lurking around every corner. The band is excited to begin the season and compete in Open Class for the first time in 10 years. We hope to see you along the road and save the date for home show October 11th!!!

Sign up day is Tuesday, May 27th @ 3:00 PM in the JHS band room! Please share and returning members bring a friend! This will be our first year in OPEN CLASS since 2016! 
The JHS Performing Ensembles will host their annual Trojan Indoor Classic on Saturday, April 12th, 2025 beginning at 12:00 PM. This annual Tournament Indoor Association competition will feature 38 local twirler, dance, percussion, and guard units from across the region.
All Johnstown performance times are listed below. We hope to see you in the Doc Stofko GYM at JHS for this annual event! 
The Greater Johnstown High School Trojan Marching Band has completed their 2024 season undefeated and has brought home their 1st ever Atlantic Coast Championship title. The band recreated their 2011 Indoor Percussion winning show of "Geometry" into a Marching Band competitive show. The band brought home their 10th straight Region XI Championship, their 2nd straight PA State Championship, and their very first Atlantic Coast Championship with a score of 95.270 and also won high music, high visual, and high color guard. Congratulations to all students and staff on a record breaking season!
The Greater Johnstown Trojan Marching Band officially begins their season tomorrow! We are happy to announce our 2024 program Geometry
The show will explore 3 simple shapes (square, circle, triangle) and for those that remember our 2011 indoor percussion show, we will be utilizing that music as a vehicle for this year’s production. Mark your calendars for our annual home show at Trojan Stadium on Saturday, October 12th which will also feature the IUP marching band! We hope to see you there or at some point throughout our competitive season. Thank you for the support

What a season for our Trojan Marching Band. The 2023 production entitled "The Red Brick Road" brought home the bands 9th straight Region XI title. The band also brought home its very first PA State Championship!
We would like to thank all members, staff, parents, volunteers, and administration for the support the band has received this season! We couldn't have done it without you all! On to Indoor! 
We hope you will join us on Saturday, April 22nd in the JHS Gymnasium - 11:00 AM
